Staubs addreses many interesting topic related to the HaLeigh Cummings case. He reveals the truth about an ill-fated organization called the HaLeigh Bug Foundation. He explains it was was originally created to raise money from the public, and was supposed to pay its staff to search for children on an international scale. Staubs says he was to be the investigator. He goes on to say the money was used to pay child suport and for other improper purposes in the drug ridden world that once surrounded Haleigh Cummings.
